Actually what it does is bring it up on the screen, then you can hit the "print" button and send the report to any printer on your system. Select a page or print the whole thing, but 997 reports are typically quite short UNLESS you have lots of errors and the sender includes the segment/element detail in the AK3 and AK4 segments.
