FWIW, in case some are still wanting the RS Power Up device, but can't find
it--Today I was in Harbor Freight, and they have one that is amazingly
similar--like just about identical in size, shape, appearance, and battery
size--for $24.99. A bit more than the RS version, but this one does come
with a charging cable to connect to the AC outlet, and also a cigar lighter
plug cable for in-car charging. I think the sale on this is in effect until
4/24, but if you go there and can't find it you can get a raincheck.
