We had seen the same kind of crashes of dumped executables on Emacs
CVS trunk (22.0.50) until 2005-11-09. Maybe you can try the latest
unexmacosx.c either in the trunk or in the emacs-unicode-2 branch to
avoid the crash on the 10.4.6 update.
