Osaka Mono is not displayed as a monospaced font.
In case of Courier New the bold glyphs are taken as substitutes from
Monaco -- which should not happen because Courier New has these
glyphs itself. Could be Emacs.app gets confused with PostScript 3
fonts I have also. For the Nimbus fonts the bold glyphs are taken
from their bold variants (C-u C-x = reveals the bold font names).
NimbusMonL seems to fail only when Emacs.app launches with it set as
default font. When I later switch to it no bold ones appear.
