Hi all, any advice? Placing the cursor on the opening paren/brace or after
the closing paren/brace highlights the enclosed text by changing the face bg
color to a light grey, and I can't figure out why. It's not font-lock,
hi-lock, or some kind of bug with show-matching-paren, as disabling all of
those have no effect. It happens in text mode, c++-mode, and lisp mode.
Anyone have an idea if this is a feature or a bug? I've been using the same
config file for a long time on many different systems and this is the first
time I've seen this behavior. The default os x terminal-only emacs doesn't
do this with the same config.
Finder gives me a version of 23.0.0, running os x 10.4.10.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated; flashing arguments every time I
write a function call is driving me insane.
Thanks!
Tyler
