I don't observe the problem in your screenshot as far as I tested by
displaying lisp/international/code-pages.el around the line 3828 where
the coding system iso-latin-10 is defined. Anyway you can send a bug
report to an appropriate place together with necessary data and a
procedure starting with .../Emacs -Q to reproduce the problem.
