Sorry, what does "RC" stand for?

Currently I use Carbon Emacs.  There, "C-h k s-TAB" shows the binding
for TAB, as you suggest.  However, "C-h k C-TAB" shows "<C-tab> is
undefined" in the minibuffer, which is what I expect.

Are you saying that in Emacs.app I should expect something different
from Carbon Emacs?
