I guess you are right. There is an hash table to handle iteration inside of
Embperl 2.0, which seems to scale not so well.
To verfiy this I have increased the size of the hash table. I send you the
file epdom.c with private mail. Please try to compile Embperl with this file
and see if it makes a difference.
