Sure, but Ubuntu just upgraded because I did it :-)

And yeah, I talked to Behdad and he said most distros just not upgrade
because nobody asked. AFAIR just Mplayer and some other
not-so-often-used depend on libfribidi, others like Gtk/Pango have
copies that are already upgraded.

BTW, at the time I talked to Behdad I asked him to include us in their
