Revert ! Revert ! Kidding ;)
Daniel (and others), Yea, use "feature:", "bugfix", etc, etc for E commits. Will make it easier to "generate" a news/changelog later as we can script it and search commits for the keywords. The idea being, at release time, we can easily run a script to parse commit messages and determine what new features or fixes have been done. dh On 30/01/14 13:46, Daniel Kolesa wrote: > Tom already told me that, will keep that in mind. > > > 2014-01-30 Michael Blumenkrantz <[email protected]>: > >> On Thu, 30 Jan 2014 04:18:45 -0800 >> Daniel Kolesa <[email protected]> wrote: >> >>> q66 pushed a commit to branch master. >>> >>> >> http://git.enlightenment.org/core/enlightenment.git/commit/?id=811c57cfafd42a04cf102d468d91f5c6305f7c0a >>> >>> commit 811c57cfafd42a04cf102d468d91f5c6305f7c0a >>> Author: Daniel Kolesa <[email protected]> >>> Date: Thu Jan 30 12:17:54 2014 +0000 >>> >>> enlightenment: fix menu placement >>> --- >>> src/bin/e_menu.c | 8 ++++---- >>> 1 file changed, 4 insertions(+), 4 deletions(-) >>> >> >> Hi, >> >> No part of your commit message complies with the policy required for >> Enlightenment commit messages; the policy can be found here: >> https://phab.enlightenment.org/w/enlightenment_development/ >> >> Please keep this in mind for future commits so that we can have nice >> releases. >> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ WatchGuard Dimension instantly turns raw network data into actionable security intelligence.
