Title: Passwords not sticking

I am having to re-enter the passwords for all accounts in Entourage for X.
I searched the archives, and the solutions pertain to removing PGP beta, which I do not have.
I believe the problem started subsequent to a rebuild of the db, but neither a subsequent rebuild nor an advanced rebuild resolved the problem.
I have even entered the accounts/passwords manually via the Keychain Access application, added Entourage as the application in the access control, all to no avail.
