Still my question remains how do I get Word to pick up the names (I am
missing about 40 % of all my contacts at it appears to be the ones with
quoted names. Or how do get rid of the quotes - I would be very disappointed
if I had to delete and recreate all these contacts - but I don't see them in
any of the editable fields in Erage.
