Using Ent X The following problem has occurred when sending a tif attachment and sometimes a Word attachment.
After I click "send", I notice the "encoding attachment" window appears, disappears, then appears a second time. The receiver reports that they receive the full sized attachment plus a second one by the same name, but that is very small, sometimes around 13k (and is unrecognizable and unopenable). What's going on?
