Palm recently shipped two new models with different software on the
device: Tungsten T3 & Tungsten E.

These new Palms ship with PalmOS 5.2.1, just like other Palms.
However, they also ship with new applications:

-Instead of Datebook, they now ship with Calendar.
-Instead of Address Book, they now ship with Contacts.
-Instead of Memo Pad, they now ship with Memos.
-Instead of To Do List, they now ship with Tasks.

In the new Contacts app, they support multiple addresses per contact.
However, Entourage's conduit doesn't know about that.

If you have one of these new Palms, be careful before trying to hot sync
with Entourage. You may encounter problems such as losing one of the home or
work address info for some contacts. I suggest carefully making some kind of
backup of all your data, on both ends (Palm and Entourage) just in case
problems show up.
