FWIW, I also got those specific steps to make Entourage 2004 quit when I tried them on the 6/10 email that I sent to the list. (That 6/10 message incorporates the troublesome email within it, and Entourage 2004 quit for me when I did the specific editing steps on the 6/10 email as I received it back from the list.)
