One way, the easiest one, is to just copy your identity folder from one machine to the other: ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/<Your Identity> to ~/Documents/ Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/
Note that this only works if both machines are running the same version of Entourage. Also, please remember that this will delete all existing Entourage data on the other machine, so this method is best if you can synchronize/copy data each time you switch machines. Another option is Paul Berkowitz's "Export-Import Entourage" script set, which allows synchronization. It's a more difficult method, but it's the only way if you want to import and export calendar events between different versions of Entourage, or if you want to synchronize only the calendar and not other data. <http://www.scriptbuilders.net/?search=Export-Import+Entourage> On 6/26/04 3:37 PM, "Margy Houtz" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Is there any way to synch my Entourage X Calendars > between my desktop and my laptop? > > Margy Houtz -- Mickey Stevens (Microsoft MVP for Office:mac) PowerPoint FAQ featuring PowerPoint:mac: <http://www.pptfaq.com/> Entourage Help Page: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
