I guess a better word might have been uncommon or eccentric. My point is
that I don't think very many people will care about being able to do this,
and that when only a small number of people want a particular feature, it is
unlikely to get implemented.

I'm not implying that _you_ are eccentric, just that sorting the list with
oldest at the top and then wanting to select the newest message is not a
common behavior.
