You don't mention what handheld model you have, or what version of Palm Desktop you are using. Have you tried to download and install the latest version of PD? <http://www.palm.com/us/support/macintosh/mac_desktop.html> I can verify that the latest version of Palm's software works in Tiger with Entourage 2004's conduit, as I've setup many users with that setup. I haven't used Entourage v.X in a long time, so I can't verify that it does work, but I don't see why it wouldn't.
