I'm using Palm OS v.3.5.2H2.0 on a Handspring
Visor.  it says the HotSync version is v.3.5

But everything was fine until I installed Tiger.

I'm confused with your question.  I don't use the
Palm Desktop, I only use Entourage.

I'm away from my iMac right now, so I'll have to
check later about HotSync setup.  If I install
Tiger would it change those settings?

You don't mention what handheld model you have,
or what version 
of Palm
Desktop you are using. Have you tried to download
and install 
the latest
version of PD?

I can verify that the latest version of Palm's
software works in 
Tiger with
Entourage 2004's conduit, as I've setup many
users with that 
setup. I
haven't used Entourage v.X in a long time, so I
can't verify 
that it does
work, but I don't see why it wouldn't.

Also, make sure that your HotSync setup is
correct (HotSync 
enabled, USB
connection enabled, etc.).
