Mr. Del Dello,

 Thanks. That worketh. I have recovered my "deleted files", and they are now
back home safely.

This (Ctrl clicking on the rge file) is certainly a quicker method that the
changing Identity bid'ness, (which I will study further but not for these
reasons, i.e., to import or export .rge files.)

I guess this CTRL-click method might have been written down somewhere, and I
didn't have the right manual. Odd that the Entourage Help files didn't
mention this quick and easy method, for recovering archived files.. It
probably might have mentioned it, in some other labyrinth .

I see that after all it was an Mbox file I was looking for, within the
larger .rge file. Isn't that sumpthin? Mbox might mean .eml :}

 So now I know another way to create an Mbox file, the other being simply
to drag a folder or portion of a folder to the desktop.

Of course now I see that archives can be fun.
I was confused...evidently, archiving takes everything, even though you only
picked one folder or a portion of one folder. What will they think of next?

I knew the answer would be clear and simple. Thanks for it.
