Paul,
I found an empty StuffitEngineShell.cfm folder, so I followed your advice
and uninstalled/reinstalled Office (and then updated to 11.2.3).  Following
re-installation, there is still nothing in the StuffitEngineShell.cfm folder
(unless it's an invisible file), and I still get the same error message in
Entourage when attempting to compress a folder (as an attachment).
I appreciate whatever help you can offer.
