While Paul's script will do a marvelous job, the more direct answer
to your question is that: No, the 'Export local contacts' menu choice
has no method of discriminating which contacts to export based on
some criteria.
It's all or nothing.
So... what I'd do is go ahead and export all, bring that text file
into Excel, sort on that criteria, then delete all other rows from
within Excel.
Simple, yes?
