With any parking legislation it is a MUST to have signage and it must not be foolishly placed too high, too low or off to the side. It HAS TO be place so it is in the face (windshield height) of the ice driver. Any new parking legislation should have tow-away in it, and the signage state tow-away in RED letters and as show the rear of a tow truck w/ hook. Too many times ice drivers got away with not paying the fine by saying they did not know, strong signage forces ice drivers to pay the price for their dirty deed. Signage image links:
