Is reverse DNS setup properly, I remember hearing AOL stopped any messeges it couldn't do a proper reverse dns on Dave

Sending mail to all other domain is not causing any problems. When a user sends an email to this specific domain they will not receive it. Also the user that sends the mail will not receive a NDR. We do not have any problem receiving mail. We are able to receive mail from all domains. Exchange is installed on a DC. DNS is installed and configured to forward requests to ISP's DNS. Exchange's SMTP Connector is configured to use DNS. There are no restrictions configured for SMTP. What could cause this problem?
