Don't invite people from the resource, have an actual user do the
inviting (even if you make it a "dummy" account just for that purpose).

Or use a resource mailbox instead of a public folder? It's a touch less
visible in some cases since PF's are so easy to see as a group, but it's
the only supported way of tracking the attendance correctly.

The PF resource doesn't have the rules running on it that process the
responses to update the status.

Subject: Public folder meeting responses

We have an organization wide intranet calendar on Exchange 2003 that we
use to maintain an overall schedule. The problem is, when we create new
meetings and invite people from the public folder, the responses aren't
recorded. Is there any way to overcome this limitation?

Thanks,
Erick
