Hello, colleagues, One of our departments, currently in our forest, currently on Exchange 5.5, has built an entirely new forest into which they want to put all their current users and get them on Exchange 2003. The new Exchange server is already built in the new forest, as are several other servers for file, print, etc. The users will be created from scratch in the new forest.
I'm trying to think of an elegant way to get their current Exchange 5.5 mailboxes moved to the new Exchange server, but the only way I can think of to do it is to create .pst files from their current mailbox and import into their new mailbox. This could be done by simply mounting the mailbox in an administrator's Outlook folder list and exporting all the data. Or, an administrator could use Exmerge to do essentially the same thing. We're talking about 180 people here. Any thoughts as to what would be the best way to do this? -- Larry Wahlers Concordia Technologies The Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] direct office line: (314) 996-1876 _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/read/?forum=exchange To subscribe: http://e-newsletters.internet.com/discussionlists.html/ To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
