He tried your suggestion and still not working.  This is an NT admin who is
trying to make logic out of how Outlook works to solve the problem.  He
stated he gave the user Domain Admin privileges (Exchange service account
belongs to the Domain Admins group) and it still doesn't work.  When I asked
if he logged on using his account and his Outlook profile would it work and
he said yes.  So he believes there is no way it could be a permissions
issue.  I suggested logging on with the msxservice account to her profile
and see what happens with it.  He stated that it couldn't work???  Any
suggestions?

Make sure that the logged on user has modify permissions to the mapisvc.inf
file.
Also make sure that DNS and WINS are configured properly.
Try logging onto the clients machine as another account to see if it's a
permissions problem.

When I go to tools services>Exchange server properties>Advanced, I select
the add button and get the error name could not be resolved, action could
not be completed.  This happens before I get the next screen to type
anything in.  Just hitting the button causes this error to pop up.  It's
definitely a client issue because I can log into another computer and it
works.  Anyone have any idea on how I can resolve this?

By the way I have uninstalled and re-installed the client and still have the
problem.
