I think it's the unique SID of the account that is the problem on the new box. I'm sure if you could "synchronize" the SID's you would be well away. I'm not sure if Microsoft would approve of this though.

I think if you have the three edb files you could probably get quite far, untill some validation of the account with admin rights occurs. Worth a try though!
