I'm using the free version, and scanning about 35 machines in maybe 10 minutes - that's in its 'quick scan' mode. I'm perfectly happy with it. Many of my workstations didn't have the office software installed from the network, so the office patches don't work as well. But the OS patches seem to be fine.

Hoping it is something they will work on in future releases.
