Route it to an iMail server that has a "Nobody" alias (catch-all alias)
Well, you would have to buy iMail for that. But there are some similar e-mail server programs out there that are free that allow Nobody aliases. For example MailEnable (although it is a POS). Oh, Mercury Pegasus Mail comes to mind. It is free. Runs on Windows. I believe it allows catch-alls.
