Hi listers,
Hope you can point me in the right direction. I need a font which has a
stylized ampersand that looks like a plus sign. Wikipedia has a good
representation of what I need:

I tried convincing the client to use just a regular ampersand or a regular
plus, but they don't want it.
I don't have access to any font designing software to create it myself, so does
anyone know of a font that has this glyph as a regular (i.e. non-Unicode)
character?
