A couple that I use are:

deb http://fink.sodan.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp/apt/10.5 unstable main crypto
deb http://sage.ucsc.edu/fink_intel_10.5_only stable main crypto
deb http://sage.ucsc.edu/fink_intel_10.5_only unstable main crypto

(the sage site has 10.5/powerPC binaries too, and I can give that URI
for anybody who needs them; and the sodan site also has 10.4 binaries)
They're reliable, other than occasional down time.

One issue that I know about is that the sodan site uses Xcode 3.1.1,
possibly because of Apple's removal of .la files from its X11 as of
Xcode 3.1.2; so any packages that use 3.1.2 won't be there, such as gcc44.

The sage site doesn't have quite as many packages, since it's focused
toward math and science packages rather than being general; however, I
think it uses Xcode 3.1.2, and therefore gcc44 is available.

Under current policy, any packages that need to be made into binaries
have to be moved over to stable first.
