I am maintaining the dcmtk package. It seems that the sources for the version 3.5.1 in stable were removed from the original server. The current unstable dcmtk 3.5.2 works very good, so I am proposing to move dcmtk 3.5.2 (and dcmtk-ssl 3.5.2) to stable.
