I manually copied the file to the wrong location, and then it compiles, but I think the package needs to be fixed.

That's what I was suggesting. (It isn't my package; I'm just reporting a compile failure.) That's why I said I copied the file to the "wrong" location.

I wonder if just setting those environment variables in gstreamer for compiling would be good enough?
