The web page says "compiled using souce code from the GNU CVS servers," but the precise version is not given. There are many who would argue that a notice like this does not live up to the spirit of the GPL.

My understanding from talking to Pinski and Sen is that if you do what this guy apparently did (manage to compile the intel version of gfortran from CVS at GNU) you will get a compiler which produces incorrect code on output. This may be part of the problem that Kirk had when using this compiler.
