Fair enough. Fink isn't really set up to be robust to changes made in the base system by users. Though it's hard to try to confirm what you've got without knowing your OS version and architecture. Your local environment, and packages installed in your user area, should be safe, though. Fink unsets your environment variables before proceeding, so it shouldn't be using your PERL5LIB. You can verify that by using fink dumpinfo -fenv dbi-pm588. - -- Alexander Hansen Fink User Liaison -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.10 (Darwin) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAktMtBsACgkQB8UpO3rKjQ9QtwCePLNW/cW2usEIgaReojWVn34Z lvEAnRgwwxnXoJ6icYY/SzkGuKWye6zD =qtGQ -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Verizon Developer Community Take advantage of Verizon's best-in-class app development support A streamlined, 14 day to market process makes app distribution fast and easy Join now and get one step closer to millions of Verizon customers http://p.sf.net/sfu/verizon-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Fink-devel mailing list [email protected] http://news.gmane.org/gmane.os.apple.fink.devel Subscription management: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/fink-devel
