That's what "virtual" refers to.  Fink doesn't control these packages,
so it can neither install nor remove them.  They are indicators for
compilers from Xcode.

I believe that Apple doesn't bundle an Ada compiler in Xcode.

Not without creating a package description file to tell Fink how to
build them.  Packaging systems, in general, tweak package builds to meet
their own needs, and that requires some kind of build description.
