a nice little text that gives you a good run down on firewalls and all is
"Keeping Your Site Comfortable Secure: An Introduction to Internet
Firewalls" J P Wack, L J Carnahan, NIST Special Publication 800-10, US Dept
of commerce NIST

do a search for the titel and you are bound to find it - its public
domain.. I'd recommend getting the postscript version or the PDF version if
you can find it - its not a small document.
