I have used inzider and it works very well

I've been looking for this for a long time to...an lsof for win32.
I ran across a program called inzider the other day but I haven't
tried it out yet. It purports to do what we want it to do although
there are some disclaimers about its stability...understandable
as from my limited research the needed support structure in
win32 doesn't appear to exist without a lot of serious hacking. Its
