This isn't going to work -- you need NAT between the illegal
address range and the outside world, and NT doesn't include NAT.
[You could maybe use Proxy Server for this, but (a) that needs NT
Server, not Workstation, and (b) you want the NAT, and the firewall,
as close to the ISDN connection as you can manage -- if you must have
another router in there, it shouldn't be somebody's workstation, and
it probably shouldn't be NT.]
