Generally source-routing is used for the Testing purpose ( that also internal to the 
private network). So enabling the source-routing in the Internet side, is not 
advisable. 
At the worst case, source-route can be enabled (or allowed) for outbound packets and 
not for the Inbound packets.

Could anybody tell me that is it necessary to block all "source-route"
at routers (connected to Internet) installed in the public segment of
the Firewall??

If yes, is it necessary to block "source-route" at routers installed in
the internal segment of the Firewall and Firewall itself, too??
