My only objection was with your declaration of an absolute.  I am not, in
anyway, proposing the use of nmap or sscan which you have introduced in this
message.

By the way Federal Law, Federal Regulations, and Executive Orders DO give me
a right to conduct an investigation for something as trivial as sending a
message.
