Hi all,
I have this piece of doubt regarding the design of the Configuration
Setup for a firewall.
Well its known that there exist mainly the 3 types of configurations
1. Screened host firewall system (Single-homed bastion host)
2. Screened host firewall system (Dual-homed bastion host)
3. Screened-subnet firewall system.
Well, my question is
1. Whether there exists other ways of configuration ?
2. If the bastion host in the case of Screened-subnet firewall system is
dual homed, will that lead to an enhanced security setup ?
Any pointers reg. is mostly appreciated.
