Bandwidth utilization

Hello everyone!!!
I am trying to find any tools that can help me on seeing the network
bandwidth utilization between my office'srouter and my ISP.  Does anyone
know of ay methods or options that I could use.  Perhaps any commands at the
router level.  In that note, I have a Cisco 1600 and a Cisco 2501, if that
helps any!!!
