Gentlemen,
I had a look into archive and FAQs but didn't find the solution for the
following problem:

I have NT4.0 Server box with SP6a, IIS 3.0 and MS Proxy 2.0 SP1. My users have
accounts on that NT box, they dial in using dial-up networking. (So, I assume
they authorize themselves on the server).
The problem is in setting access control for WinProxy. When I check "Enable
Access Control" in "permissions" tab and then try to dial in, applications like
telnet and other using WinProxy do not connect with the Internet, despite the
fact that my accound is stated in "Unlimited Access" list. On the other hand, if
I uncheck "Enable AC", all winproxy-using applications work, but then I loose
control.

Has anybody met this before? Is there anything I missed when setting the proxy?
Any ideas how to solve it?

PS. Sorry for a kinda newbie question.
Kindest regards,
