I have a PIX 520 running PIX version 5.1(2) and CiscoSecure VPN
Client v1.1. I have only a few remote users so far, so I'm using pre-shared
keys. One remote user has a cable modem at home (Media One). He has a fairly
standard installation of Windows 98. When he was unable to establish a
tunnel to our firewall, I had him deactivate his security policy, start the
log viewer, then re-activate his security policy. He immediately got the
following error message:
"IrelKE: Unable to acquire CAPI provider
handle (80090020)!"
Has anyone ever seen this and been able to fix it?
