OK,

Here is somewhat sketchy design

The have fixed wireless, ecommerce web hosting, frame relay, xDSL, Dial 
VPN, SOHO Router Access, IP , ATM ADSL lite, E-commerce Housing, ISDN 
Access, VoIP
Remote Access

Plus ClearCase, and some other networking development tools, but the 
requirement is that all the applications must run on Win 2k, and all 
authentication/authorization must be through Win 2k
