Its a network virus scanner but its best bet will be for scanning email.
However, you can place it at the front door of your network to scan HTTP,
FTP, and SMTP while all other traffic passes through. Its designed to live
behind a Firewall so whatever traffic is allowed through the FW is what will
be scanned. Its a pretty beefy box to boot (18Gb SCSI HD, 768MB RAM, 600MHz
PIII, etc.) and it only does virus scanning. This is more of a dedicated HW
anti-virus scanner rather than a software solution but still worth looking
at. HTH.
