A simple search from www.microsoft.com/technet using the words "netmeeting"
& "firewall" produced multiple on-target articles. The bottom line is that
netmeeting & firewalls do not mix. Use a MCU from Whitepine. Run it on
a -very- stripped-down Linux box or Solaris. Leave the MCU open to the
world. Cost $5k for 10 concurrent users and the users would have to
pre-plan their calls. Firewalls & netmeeting don't mix.

Firewall Limitations
Some firewalls cannot support an arbitrary number of virtual internal IP
addresses, or cannot do so dynamically. With these firewalls, you can
establish outbound NetMeeting connections from computers inside the firewall
to computers outside the firewall, and you can use the audio and video
features of NetMeeting. Other people, though, cannot establish inbound
connections from outside the firewall to computers inside the firewall.
Typically, this restriction is due to limitations in the network
implementation of the firewall.

Seems to run across TCP 1720 (h323hostcall) but it may also need tcp
1503 (databeam).

Subject: ports for MS Net Meeting
Hi,
I have to get my firewall to allow Microsoft
Net Meeting to work. I've searched Microsoft's page
for port listings but i can't find any thing.
Can anyone tell me the port (or range) that i need
to allow out.
Thanks,
joe
