Yes, the first method is to fire him or talk to him. If you dont have
support from the HR department just allow all of them Internet access.
But you might need to separate your LAN into mltiple segments. This is not
only a good idea to keep priveledged users from allowing proxy access to
others, it is also good to keep compromised PCs (with external Access) from
internal ressources.
BTW: are those ppl which have internet access prefered by name, position or
are they especially trusted? In the later case you should revalidate the
trust-criteria :)
